Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Delhi – Half-Day Sightseeing – Drive to Jaipur

Upon arrival at Delhi Airport, Railway Station, or Bus Stand, you will be greeted by our representative and assisted with a comfortable private transfer. Before heading towards Jaipur, enjoy a short sightseeing tour of India’s vibrant capital city, which beautifully blends Mughal heritage, colonial grandeur, and modern culture.

Begin your exploration with the majestic Red Fort (outside view), an imposing red sandstone fortress built by Emperor Shah Jahan. Continue to Jama Masjid, one of India’s largest mosques, and experience the spiritual atmosphere amidst Mughal-era architecture. Drive past India Gate, a war memorial dedicated to Indian soldiers, and catch a glimpse of the President’s House and Parliament Buildings, icons of New Delhi’s political heart.

Later, visit Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the tallest brick minaret in the world, surrounded by ancient ruins and intricate carvings that narrate Delhi’s medieval history. Depending on time, you may also explore Lotus Temple (Bahá’í House of Worship) or Humayun’s Tomb, which inspired the Taj Mahal.

In the evening, embark on a scenic 5–6 hour drive through the colorful countryside of Rajasthan towards Jaipur, famously called the Pink City. On arrival, check in at your hotel, relax, and enjoy a traditional Rajasthani dinner (own cost). Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 2: Jaipur Heritage Tour – Palaces, Forts, Temples & Bazaars

After breakfast, begin a full-day guided exploration of Jaipur’s architectural wonders and cultural highlights. Start with the majestic Amber Fort, perched high on the Aravalli Hills. Ascend either by an elephant ride (optional) or jeep to admire the ornate courtyards, intricate frescoes, and the dazzling Sheesh Mahal (Hall of Mirrors), where even a single candle reflects endlessly.

Return en route to stop at Jal Mahal, the “Water Palace” floating on Man Sagar Lake, a stunning photo spot especially in the morning light. Continue your tour with City Palace, still home to Jaipur’s royal family. Explore its courtyards, museums, and galleries showcasing royal costumes, weaponry, and exquisite manuscripts.

Next, visit the Jantar Mantar Observatory, a UNESCO World Heritage site with giant stone instruments that precisely measure astronomical movements. Then admire the iconic Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), a five-storied pink sandstone marvel with 953 latticed windows built for royal ladies to watch street processions discreetly.

In the late afternoon, seek blessings at Govind Dev Ji Temple, one of the most revered shrines of Lord Krishna. As the day winds down, immerse yourself in the vibrant markets of Jaipur—Tripolia Bazaar, Johari Bazaar, and Bapu Bazaar—offering colorful textiles, handcrafted jewelry, traditional jootis, and souvenirs.

Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Jaipur. Optional evening activities include attending a Rajasthani cultural dance show or enjoying authentic local cuisine at Chokhi Dhani (ethnic village resort).

Day 3: Jaipur to Ranthambore – Evening Jungle Safari

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive towards Ranthambore National Park (approx. 4 hrs), one of the most famous wildlife reserves in India. On arrival, check in at your jungle lodge or resort and enjoy lunch (own cost) amidst a rustic setting surrounded by nature.

In the late afternoon, prepare for your first thrilling jungle safari. Accompanied by a trained naturalist, explore the rugged landscapes of Ranthambore in an open jeep/canter. The park is renowned for its population of Bengal tigers, often seen lounging near lakes or roaming through the grasslands. Keep your camera ready to capture sightings of leopards, sloth bears, jackals, marsh crocodiles, deer species, and over 300 varieties of birds.

Apart from wildlife, Ranthambore is dotted with historical ruins, temples, and the grand Ranthambore Fort, which add a unique charm to the safari experience. After returning from the safari, relax at your resort, enjoy dinner (own cost), and stay overnight amidst the wilderness.

Day 4: Morning Safari at Ranthambore – Drive Back to Delhi – Departure

Rise early for your second jungle safari, when wildlife activity is at its peak. The cool morning hours offer a higher chance of tiger sightings, as well as spotting animals like sambar deer, nilgai, wild boar, and exotic bird species. Capture the beauty of sunrise over the forests and lakes of Ranthambore for unforgettable photographs.

After the safari, return to your resort for breakfast and a short rest. Later, check out and begin your journey back to Delhi Airport or Railway Station in your private AC vehicle. The drive takes around 6–7 hours, passing through rustic towns and the scenic countryside of Rajasthan.
